Comme évoqué précédemment, pour devenir psychiatre, les études de médecine sont un passage obligatoire. En effet, parmi tous les métiers de la santé mentale, le métier de psychiatre est le seul qui requiert un DES (Diplôme d’Études Spécialisées) en psychiatrie. Les études se déroulent sur 10 années après le bac.
Comment faire des études de psychiatrie ?
Pour exercer en tant que psychiatre, il faut compter dix années d’études. Pour commencer, il faut un Bac scientifique en poche pour intégrer la faculté de médecine. Il suit la formation commune à tous les futurs médecins : Première année commune aux études de médecine et concours, PCEM2, DCEM1, 2, 3 et 4.
