Le lieu historique qu’elle a longtemps occupé à Paris est le palais Brongniart, mais il n’existe plus de bourse physique à Paris (seuls des bureaux Euronext sont présents dans le quartier d’affaires de La Défense, où se déroulent les introductions en bourse).

Pour qu’une entreprise puisse être cotée sur Euronext, plusieurs conditions doivent être respectées :
- La capitalisation boursière des titres concernée doit être au moins égale à 5 millions.
- Une diffusion suffisante des titres dans le public doit être réalisée au plus tard au moment de l’admission.
